Performance Manager (eCommerce/Amazon FBA Specialist) APPLY NOW

We are a fast-growing ecommerce company, specializing in the Amazon FBA business model. We operate in several international markets, including the USA, UK, and Canada. As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced Performance Manager to join our leadership team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of our Amazon FBA operations, including PPC, supply chain, customer experience, and accounting/finance.
• Lead a team of at least 5 members to achieve key performance goals.
• Use data-driven strategies to optimize listing performance and drive business growth.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain high seller ratings.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies on and off Amazon.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures to maintain account health.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or disruptions in the supply chain process.
• Continually stay updated on Amazon's features, rules, and consumer behaviors.

Qualifications:

• At least an MBA degree from a well-reputed university.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with at least 2 years focused on Amazon FBA.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional knowledge of Amazon's platform, including PPC advertising, Amazon SEO, and product listing optimization.
• Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
